IT Support * Customer Service Analyst Antivirus Software
You must have solid background of supporting Antivirus software in a Windows Server & Desktop environment together with broad set of skills including Networks (Netware) , Linux, Exchange etc.
It is essential that you can understand the customer?s problem, diagnose where the issue lies and then use your technical ability to either fix the problem or escalate accordingly.
A background of customer support is essential with the ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations on occasions. Varied duties with a mixture of telephone, e-mail and on site work so you will need to be able to drive and ideally live or be able to relocate to the Cambridge area.
